User Acceptance Test (UAT)
To assist and perform UATs for Production Issues and/or Projects, which includes close communication with IT and vendors. Understand business requirements with project team. Prepare test scripts to identify test scenarios and create UAT test cases with production-like data.Execute test cases and report bugs if any. Re-test bugs once fixed.Perform Regression Testing to ensure no major defects/no critical defects open.Prepare UAT sign off to confirm business requirements/objectives met and good to go for production.Prepare communication materials (e.g., one pager comm, communication pack, user guide, short video, infographic etc.) to brief & update about the system changes.Project Management
