Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pre-audit of payroll agency
• Verify worked hours against DTR.
• Checks overtime hours pay and entitlement to holiday pay.
• Ensure DTR are valid and approved by immediate supervisor.
• Check the accuracy and computation of the payroll to be paid by matching the billing statement and the required supporting documents.
• Prepare variance report (if any).
• Audit checklist for review of Audit Supervisor and approval of Internal Audit Head.
• Send the final audited amount and request for APV for VisMin (Visayas & Mindanao) accounting.
