Job Description

Requirements:
Good technical skills in tax (UK and international) and accounts.
Be responsible for tasks which could range from accounts preparation (relating to Companies, Partnerships, LLP’s and sole traders), completion of personal and partnership tax returns and computations, assisting clients with HMRC tax enquiries and other tax matters, completing P11D returns and any other special assignments and/or ad-hoc projects as required by the managers/partners.
Review and completion of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLP and company accounts as well as income tax, corporation tax computations, VAT Returns and EC Sales List
To act as primary contact for a portfolio of international clients
Provide tax planning and structuring advice to the firm’s UK and International clients.
Advise international clients on UK residence and domicile matters
