Job Description

- Assist in designing event branding materials such as posters, banners, backdrops, stage visuals, flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
- Create visual content for social media marketing, promotional campaigns, and event announcements .
- Support creative development for event themes, mood boards, and concept visuals.
- Prepare and adapt designs into multiple formats for print and digital use .
- Assist in video and motion graphic content creation for event teasers, highlights, and presentations.
- Collaborate with event planners to ensure designs align with client objectives and event direction.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas
- Maintain organized design files and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Assist with basic on-site creative setup when needed (visual placements, LED graphics support, etc.).
