Network Support & Technical Assistance
- Assist in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Support network infrastructure maintenance including LAN/WAN and wireless networks
- Assist senior engineers in project implementation and deployment activities
- Help monitor network performance and identify potential issues
Project & Pre-Sales Support
- Support preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and solution presentations
- Assist in network solution design and project coordination
- Participate in customer meetings, project discussions, and technical briefings when required
