Job Description
Ninja is seeking a dedicated Inventory Assistant to support our inventory management team. Inventory Assistant will ensure the accuracy of inventory data by performing regular and full stocktaking, identifying discrepancies, and supporting corrective actions to align system records with physical inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled periodic and full inventory counts across dark stores & DC to ensure the accuracy of stock records
- Compare actual stock quantities with those recorded in the inventory system, identifying any discrepancies.
- Record any differences between physical and system counts.
- Note the condition of items (e.g., damaged, expired, missing).
- Ensure inventory zones are neat and well-organized before, during, and after inventory counts to facilitate accurate counting.
