- **Purpose of the Role**
- Responsible for the **accuracy and integrity of all inventory records**and the systems that manage them across the site.
This role is tasked with executing rigorous cycle counting programs, performing detailed variance analysis, and driving corrective action to ensure the fast-paced production lines are never stalled by bad data, directly supporting the company's objective of achieving and maintaining world-class **Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA)**.

Inventory Accuracy & Control**- Leads the full inventory accuracy framework, including ABC-based cycle counting, variance reconciliation, and root-cause/corrective action plans across warehouse and production areas.
