+ Manage the exit strategy of excess stock / SLOBS through the business.
Identify and drive inventory control process improvements.
+ Coordinate Best Before Date Review (BBDR) and product extensions within guidelines + Provide guidance and direction to the planning and warehouse teams to reduce write off costs, eliminating non-value adding freight movements and freight costs. + In coordination with the National Planning Manager, develop and manage inventory strategies for Sika product life cycle and inventory forecast management reporting.
