INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as an Inventory Management Specialist in the Supply Branch, Public Works Department, Naval Station Norfolk, of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic.. Responsibilities You will provide program management, oversight, guidance, and training for Inventory Management, Inventory Accuracy and the Product Data Reporting and Evaluation program for the Facilities Engineering Command. You will review local procedures in all areas affecting inventory management and inventory accuracy including requisition processing, receipt processing, inventory counts, causative research, and inventory adjustments/reversals. You will monitor corporate metrics and develop Facilities Engineering Command and Public Works Departments specific metrics to measure performance.
