This role offers exceptional exposure to the full investment process, working directly alongside experienced Portfolio Managers to research listed property companies, build financial models and support investment decisions, while leveraging AI tools to enhance research quality and efficiency.BCom Finance, Investment Management, BBusSci Finance, Economics or similar; CFA Level I advantageous
1-2 years' experience in investment management, equity research or corporate finance
Strong financial statement analysis and financial modelling skills
Proficiency in company valuation techniques (DCF, NAV, Relative Valuation) and advanced Excel
Exposure to listed equities or listed property highly advantageous
