Support mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Build complex financial models, draft marketing materials, manage due diligence, and collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients.

• Build and maintain detailed discounted cash flow , leveraged buyout , and merger models.
• Conduct comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.
