LOCATION: NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL AMLAW 50 FIRM has an immediate opening for Investment Funds Associate Attorneys in their New York office.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).

  • Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • 3-6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.

  • Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.
