IP Litigation Specialist

Our global law firm client has an IP Litigation Specialist role supporting 5 IP Litigation Attorneys in their Peninsula office. The firm has a unique passion for not only supporting the clients but their employees and communities they operate in.


Position has a hybrid schedule of 3 in office and 2 remote.



Responsibilities:

Support all aspects of trial preparation, including logistics, database management, and in-person trial assistance

Manage electronic court filings in California state and federal courts via File & ServeXpress and PACER/CM/ECF

Conduct legal research and obtain court documents using tools such as Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, and agency websites

Draft and edit litigation documents (e.g., subpoenas, motions, stipulations), redline agreements, and prepare client materials

Coordinate attorney schedules, travel, meetings, and deadlines; maintain accurate time entries and billing records
