Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve Sales and Profit Targets
- Drive sales performance to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the Northern Emirates.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
