Job Overview

Support operations and manufacturing teams across the Americas region. Enable cost transparency, drive productivity, and support long‑term planning through financial analysis, dashboarding, and collaboration with site and finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational performance analysis: analyze manufacturing‑related costs, align financial data with KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, provide insights, and partner with site leaders.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting & planning: support annual planning, headcount and capacity calculations, prepare forecasts and variance analyses, contribute to cost evaluations, and deliver cost bridges.
• Drive productivity & cost control: spearhead productivity initiatives, standardize cost control processes, harmonize cost analysis, and support finance & operations leaders.
