Application Support:Provide functional support for iScala ERP applications, addressingapplication supportissues from users,ensuring effective resolution of support ticketscomplying SLA.
Users Support:Take responsibility for thefunctional deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of iScala ERP systems, as well as the related Edge Apps ecosystem.
Proficient in iScala Financial, Supply chain, Logistics, Project Management, Contract and Service Management advanced functionality.
