Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an internal audit program based on ISO standards applicable to the company.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled internal audits across departments to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare audit plans, checklists, and reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and verified for effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external auditors during certification and surveillance audits.
- Maintain and update ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Provide training and awareness programs related to ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and improving the company’s management systems to ensure continuous improvement.
