Job Description Train staff members on technical aspects related to staffing and scheduling systems. Conduct the testing of software used in staffing and scheduling operations, discrete event modeling and analysis utilizing modeling and analysis techniques to improve staffing and scheduling processes and data maintenance, managing, and maintaining data related to staffing models. Provide data, data analysis, and software support to client. Trouble-shoot issues and implement fixes to tools developed with VBA, InfoPath, MS Access, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
