Responsibilities:
Provide user support as needed.Perform monthly FTAs and track countermeasures.Monitor security and event logs monthly and document issues.Maintain updated copy of software licenses and contact info for disaster recovery.Manage and track company software discs and storage.Update instant support and support ticket logs as required.Manage system upgrade projects as scheduled.Track and maintain inventory and assetsMonitor firewall logs and investigate potential intrusions or errorsMonitor virus and threat messages on servers and workstations and remove any that are found.
