Role Summary

The Desk‑Side Support IT Engineer is responsible for providing hands‑on technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals. This role focuses on resolving hardware and software issues, supporting users both on‑site and remotely, and delivering a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and business applications
  • Respond to user requests via ticketing systems, email, phone, or in‑person support
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to connectivity, VPN, and network access
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
