Job Description-

 

NOTE:

Apple certification is “nice to have”. Support would be minimal. We are predominately a Windows environment.



Infrastructure support would be more in line with “Smart Hands” support. An infrastructure SME would provide guidance. Examples could be checking conference room AV systems for functionality. If an issued is incurred, they would reach out to the AV engineer to troubleshooting guidance.
