IT Engineer (Warehouse Management System/ Material Flow Controls)

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive IT support for network, hardware, software, and database systems. Support, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications, with a primary focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Material Flow Controls (MFC). Manage and maintain relational databases, specifically Oracle and SQL Server. Develop and maintain database scripts and procedures using PL-SQL and T-SQL. Utilize Object-Oriented programming languages (C#, JavaScript) and Microsoft Visual Studio for application support and minor enhancements. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical business applications. Participate in IT projects, from planning and deployment to post-implementation support. Provide on-call standby support and work overtime as required to support project deadlines and operational needs in a project-based environment. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues promptly.
