About the Role
Join us and be part of our team as an IT Implementor & System Analyst. You will be responsible for bridging business needs with system solutions and ensuring successful system implementation at operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement systems at operational sites
- Translate business requirements into system solutions (requirement gathering & analysis)
- Identify gaps between business processes and system capabilities
- Manage system transition and ensure end-user adoption
- Develop technical documentation (BRS, SOP, User Guide)
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for system development
- Provide first-line support, including analysis and troubleshooting
