What is this role about?

The Assistant Infrastructure Management professional is responsible for the physical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core IT infrastructure, including structured cabling, server room hardware, and network components. This role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to ensure high-speed connectivity and business continuity while assisting in the administration of directory services and cloud-connected systems.
