Job Requirements*
EUC Lead should possess a strong understanding of End User Computing services, including desktops, laptops, endpoint tools, and user support models. This role requires experience in managing and leading teams, supporting customers, and ensuring a reliable service outcome. A good understanding of IT service management such as SLA and KPI management, governance, and escalation handling, is essential.
