Job Description
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and system security
- Ensure system stability, uptime, and data integrity across all business units
- Oversee hardware and software lifecycle management
Systems Integration & SAP Management
- Lead integration of SAP with Finance, POS, Magento, and website platforms
- Ensure accurate data flow between systems and resolve integration issues
- Support end-to-end business processes through optimized system configurations
Reporting & Data Management
- Develop, customize, and maintain Crystal Reports within SAP
- Translate business requirements into detailed financial and operational reports
- Provide accurate reporting support for finance, sales, and operations teams
