Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administer, review and monitor software, servers and databases and recommend changes to support production operations
- Monitoring Sever Security and report
- Modify and update Operations and Maintenance Manuals, including the System Security Plan, Configuration Management Plan and system environments
- Keep track and resolve all user issues reported
- Identifying, monitoring and responding to risks
- Deal with emergencies such as server downtime, virus infection, hacker invasion, etc. in a timely manner
- Assist to provide IT requirements and support for other teams
- Any other tasks that being assigned by Management from time to time
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorâs degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in IT equivalent field
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven working experience in the related field is required.
