We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer (L2) to support warehouse and office IT operations in Mexico City. This role is responsible for advanced technical troubleshooting, infrastructure support, network issue resolution, handheld device management, monitoring response, and operational optimization in a 24/7 warehouse environment.
The engineer will serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues and work closely with warehouse operations, vendors, and regional IT teams to ensure stable and efficient IT services.
