The Country IT Operations Manager role is responsible to lead the day-to-day IT operations for one or more countries within Ikano Retail markets, supporting the business with the right tools at the right time and place.
The IT Operations Manager contributes to the long-term business growth by carrying the following responsibilities:
- Lead (oversee) the day-to-day IT operations with a customer and co-worker-first mind-set, performance-based (KPI) steering and clear SLA’s.
