IT Operations Manager

MatchBox is urgently seeking an IT Operations Manager for a 6‑month contract (high probability of renewal) opportunity for our New Westminster based public sector client. This is a hybrid position (2x per week in office and 3 days remote) where candidates must be located in the lower mainland.

The role is expected to support core technology operations and strategic initiatives through a range of operational, governance, and service management activities. Key areas of responsibility may include:
