IT Operations & Service Delivery Lead

Americold Logistics is seeking an IT Operations Manager located in Palau-solità i Plegamans, Spain. You will supervise and develop the ServiceDesk and End User Computing teams across the EMEA region, managing daily IT support operations.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge and experience in managing IT teams, ensuring efficient IT service delivery, and handling hardware/software vendors. Responsibilities also include managing schedules, documentation, and asset management of end-user equipment.
