The role ensures programmes are prioritised, governed effectively, delivered on time, and fully aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities of the IT Programme Manager
Ensure prioritisation, planning, and successful delivery of major IT programmes across warehousing and logistics
Operate within Culina Group’s PMO governance framework — including PID creation, RAID management, reporting, and gate reviews
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, providing direction, coaching, and escalation support
