IT Project Manager - Release & ITSM Management

Project Manager Job Description: Graduate/Post Graduate with 7 years of overall experience, mandatory 5 years in Release management & ITSM modules with following criteria: Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 7-10 years of development experience 5 years of Project management across lifecycle SDLC is mandatory (Formal experience of conducting TCQ, KPIs and project planning, scoping, execution) 5 yrs ITSM/ITOM (all modules), deployment & release management strong experience 5 yrs of exp on Service-now/ Jira/ Rally/VersionOne or Agility tools Experience with automated release coordination tools (such as XL Release or UrbanCode Release) Strong experience of ITIL processes (min foundation certification required) Agile (Scrum & Kanban) hands-on experience working in cross-functional Agile teams from inception to release.
