About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of experience to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions on our Salesforce Service Cloud platform. The ideal candidate has hands‐on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration , and enjoys building scalable solutions that improve the client and agent experience.
This role will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high‐quality Salesforce solutions while continuing to develop deeper platform expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, primarily supporting Service Cloud features such as Console, Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
