Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network devices
- Provide technical support to office staff and project site teams
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor internet connectivity and CCTV systems
- Manage company email accounts and user access
- Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus updates
- Maintain IT equipment inventory
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
- Assist in implementing new systems and technology improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience (experience in construction industry is an advantage)
- Knowledge in network setup, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
