Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for computer laboratory and TELE users.
- Assist in hardware setup, basic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor laboratory usage, maintain records, and submit reports.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, security, cleanliness, and inventory controls.
