Role Overview
The IT Supervisor for the End-User Computing Group (EUCG) is responsible for overseeing the delivery, support, and management of all end-user computing services and technologies. This role ensures seamless IT operations, high service standards, and continuous improvement of support processes while leading and developing a team of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Manage, mentor, and develop the EUCG team to ensure high performance, engagement, and service delivery.
- Technical Support (Level 3): Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
