IT Support Associate — Remote & Onsite Help Desk

Dermorepubliq Corporation is looking for an IT Support Associate to provide essential first-level technical support. In this role, you will manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT inventory. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and have 1 to 2 years of IT support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 are essential. Occasional travel between Dermorepubliq office locations may be required.
