IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day IT support for desktop and laptop hardware, including setup, troubleshooting, repair, and basic maintenance Support common workstation applications such as Microsoft Office, antivirus software, Adobe Acrobat, and compression utilities Perform first-level network troubleshooting, including wireless connectivity and VoIP phone support Set up and prepare new workstations for users, including operating system and software installation Manage user administration tasks such as user ID creation, email account setup, and password resets Assist in POS software staging, configuration, and testing Support POS system deployment, rollout, upgrades, and replacements at islandwide retail outlets Perform basic hardware installation, setup, and troubleshooting for POS machines Provide on-site and remote support during deployment and IT project activities Participate in IT support and infrastructure upgrade projects as assigned Carry out any other IT-related duti...
