IT Support Intern

We are looking for talented and passionate IT Support Intern our Engineering team. The selected candidate will be given chances to experience hands-on duty while adapting to our fast-paced working style. The position is based in ZALORA Warehouse.

Responsibilities :

IT interns must support the warehouse operation team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other system. 

Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support 

Handle IT related documentation and make sure that all IT supplies are available. 

Handle infrastructure administration activities such as server, storage capacity handling and IT related issues

Requirements :

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Internship period 3 to 6 months.
