**Job Description - IT Desktop Support Engineer**
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled **IT Desktop Support Engineer** to provide technical assistance, resolve IT-related issues, and ensure smooth daily operations for end-users. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **L1/L2 technical support** to end-users (onsite & remote).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot **Windows / macOS**.
- Support and maintain **hardware devices** (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals).
- Handle **software installation, configuration, and updates**.
- Manage **user accounts, permissions, and access** through Active Directory / Azure AD.
- Provide support for **Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools**.
