Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Part-Time IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for employees and office technology needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong helpdesk experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a variety of IT support tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position will begin at approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to extend hours based on client demand.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide general IT support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
+ Deliver helpdesk-level support and respond to employee technical requests in a timely manner
+ Provision and configure laptops for new hires, including setup, imaging, and deployment
