Duties and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Cavanagh users both on-site & remotelySet up and maintain Laptops/Desktops in a primarily Microsoft Environment & a mixed environment of IOS and Android Smartphones & TabletsAssist in the maintenance of Network EquipmentMaintain IT & Asset DocumentationParticipate in the Planning and execution of new IT initiatives Requirements:
College degree or equivalent work experience3-5 years of Experience working in an IT support roleStrong problem solving, planning and time management skillsValid driver’s license and own form of transportation to get to and from workAbility to work as part of a team or independentlyPassion to work in a fast paced, growing and dynamic organizationWillingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
