Our client are looking to hire a IT Support Technician on a fixed term contract. In this role you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation and upkeep of the organisation’s ICT infrastructure. Reporting directly to the IT Manager and working alongside the Network Administrator, you will be providing deskside assistance, making strong communication skills essential. The ability to clearly and simply explain technical solutions and instructions to end users is critical.
