Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage closely with overseas business teams to understand and map their business requirements across customer management, sales processes, and after-sales service
- Evaluate and recommend suitable CRM products or solutions based on business needs (including but not limited to Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.)
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to drive the implementation and delivery of third-party solutions
- Build custom business applications using intelligent tools and platforms for scenarios that off-the-shelf products cannot address, including automated workflows, smart reports, and data dashboards
- Participate in the evaluation, assessment, and adoption of the company's CRM system, and produce requirement analysis and selection recommendation reports
- Continuously optimize digital workflows for overseas businesses and drive digital transformation across business functions
