Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on
IT System Engineer
to join our client's in-house IT team. The successful hire will be manage and support their core IT infrastructure while delivering reliable, responsive end-user support. This role is ideal for a technically versatile professional who enjoys working across systems, networks, and user-facing technologies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Provide 1st-2nd level of support for user technical issues or IT incidents. Manage user support issues and change requests pertaining to ERP system. Manage and troubleshooting for desktops/laptops, virtualization, network switches, voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP). Perform and manage infrastructure patching and update. Manage day-to-day operations and provide support for Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services. Administration experience with next-generation endpoint security solutions.
