Role:
Proactive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, VoIP, and applications; Support for on-premises migrations and cross-client migrations in the context of business acquisitions (O365 and Azure); Evaluation and implementation of new solutions aligned with the organization’s needs; Ensuring high system availability and performance; Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and Operational Agreements; Contributing to the continuous optimization of the technological environment; Direct interaction with end users and clients, translating business needs into technical solutions; Communicating with vendors, evaluating new products or solutions, and seeking their support when necessary; Tracking incidents and requests, ensuring their timely resolution.Profile:
