It systems & application analyst

Key Responsibilities Analyse, maintain, and support enterprise applications and business systems across the property management and development portfolio. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Monitor system performance , troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal IT teams or external vendors. Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes with minimal disruption to operations. Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures. Assist in the implementation and rollout of new applications , including testing, training, and user support. Support data integrity, migration, and integration between systems using APIs, ETL tools, or scripting. Ensure applications meet compliance, security, and performance standards .
