Job Description
IT System Engineer
Lead the day‑to‑day management of regional IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with standards and guidelines defined by Infrastructure Engineering teams.
Provide guidance and mentorship to selected Field Services team members on Level 1 infrastructure‑related topics, fostering knowledge development and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Regional support for IT systems and core applications.
- Operate, maintain and support network solutions (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, MPLS), Cisco routers, switches, Meraki devices, Microsoft Windows Server (2019, 2022, 2025) and backup systems.
- Identify, isolate and resolve issues related to IT services.
- Monitor and optimize global IT systems and core applications with IT monitoring tools.
