IT Technical Support
The IT Technical Support is responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting users with technical concerns to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
- Respond to help desk requests (in person, phone, or ticketing system)
- Set up user accounts, email, and access permissions
- Maintain IT equipment and perform regular system checks
- Assist with network setup and basic server maintenance
- Document issues, solutions, and procedures
- Ensure data security and follow company IT policies
